Dr. Pierre Becker PhD

Pierre Becker obtained his PhD in biology in 2007 at the University de Mons (UMons). He then pursued academic researches as a post-doc in the field of environmental microbiology and biochemistry at the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and UMons. He started working at Sciensano in 2012 as a scientist for the Mycology & Aerobiology unit. He is currently Service and R&D manager of the BCCM/IHEM fungi collection.
