The selection procedure can be tailor-made depending on the epitope to be targeted, whereas the single-chain nature of the VHH allows for facile genetic fusion of different VHH to create multivalent VHH. These VHH can target one or several different epitopes, thereby increasing the chance of neutralization of different strains of virus %B Current Laboratory Techniques in Rabies Diagnosis, Research and Prevention %7 332 %I Academic Press %C Amsterdam %V 1 %P 332 %8 0/0/2015 %@ 978-0-12-800014-4 %G eng %1 37450 %& 291 %R http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/B978-0-12-800014-4.00027-5
