Introduction Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are associated with lower health-related quality of life (HRQoL). However, knowledge about those diseases and predictors with a greater impact on patients’ HRQoL as well as knowledge on the complex relationship between HRQoL and comorbidities is lacking.
