EFSA’s Panel on Contaminants in the Food Chain (CONTAM) has launched an open consultation on the draft scientific opinion on the risks to public health related to the presence of ochratoxin in food. This document presents estimations of human dietary exposure to ochratoxin and an assessment of human health risks related to dietary exposure to ochratoxin.
