Registratie (enkel voor huisartsen die lid zijn van het netwerk)

Registreer uw gegevens voor de gezondheidsproblemen die door het netwerk van Huisartsenpeilpraktijken worden gerapporteerd in 2024:

registratie activiteit, acute luchtweginfecties, griepale syndromen en acute diarree

De registratie van acute luchtweginfecties, griepale syndromen en acute diarree gebeurt online. Neem deel in 4 stappen:

  1. Druk het PDF-pictogram registratieformulier voor acute luchtweginfecties, griepale syndromen en acute diarree
  2. U kunt dit formulier gebruiken als geheugensteuntje om het aantal gevallen gedurende de week te noteren (van maandag tot zondag)
  3. Voer op het einde van de week deze gegevens in via de knop hieronder (ten laatste de daaropvolgende dinsdagavond)
  4. U kan vanaf woensdagmiddag het wekelijkse griepbulletin raadplegen op de website wekelijkse griepbulletin raadplegen op de website.

virologische surveillance van influenza

Per week worden stalen van 5 patiënten verzameld (eerste 3 patiënten die aan de ILI-definitie voldoen en eerste 2 patiënten die voldoen aan de ARI gevalsdefinitie) om naast griepinfecties ook infecties met SARS-CoV-2 en RSV beter te kunnen detecteren.

De patiënt moet een formulier voor geïnformeerde toestemming ondertekenen waarin hij instemt met deelname aan virologische surveillance.

seksueel overdraagbare aandoeningen

Het netwerk van Huisartsenpeilpraktijken

Het netwerk bestaat uit ongeveer 100 huisartsenpraktijken in heel België, die elke week gegevens rapporteren over diverse besmettelijke en niet-besmettelijke ziekten. Hierdoor kan de incidentie en prevalentie van verschillende gezondheidsproblemen en hun kenmerken bestudeerd worden. Door epidemiologische informatie en informatie over de zorg in de huisartsenpraktijk te leveren, helpen de huisartsenpeilpraktijken de beleidsmakers prioriteiten te bepalen en het gezondheidsbeleid te beoordelen.
