Abstract:

To improve the practice of therapeutic drug monitoring, the Belgian Health Authorities have decided to support the development of an upgraded version of a pharmacokinetic program, so-called PharMonitor 1.0.0. Based on the Sawchuk-Zaske method, this software is a valuable and user-friendly tool for individually adjusting dosage regimens of aminoglycosides.
