National Reference Center (NRC) for Hantavirus

Algemene informatie

De hantavirus variant die in 2012 in de Verenigde Staten (Yosemite Park) is aangetroffen is het Sin Nombre hantavirus. Deze komt in België niet voor. De Hantavirus PCR van UZ Leuven/KU Leuven kan deze variant echter wel detecteren.
