Dr. Alexandre Dobly MSc

Alexandre Dobly graduated in 1994 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles as a biologist. He has been a researcher since then. He worked on various topics: rodent biology (ULB), fish nutrition (University of Aberdeen, UK) and virus epidemiology (ULB). He also studied prionology in CODA-CERVA (2006-2013) and then vaccines in WIV-ISP (since 2013), both Sciensano’s predecessors. Currently he is working in the Belgian OMCL that controls vaccines, where he coordinates research. One of his tasks is working on the Inno4Vac project, supported by the Innovative Medicines Initiative.
