ir. Isabelle Moyersoen MSc


Isabelle Moyersoen is a senior scientist at the Nutrition and Health team. She is project coordinator of the Food Consumption Survey 2022. Isabelle has a master in bioscience engineering and did additional studies in nutrition and food sciences at the University of Ghent. In 2018 she obtained the degree of Doctor (PhD) in Applied Biological Sciences: Food science and Nutrition at Ghent University. In this work she studied the intake of fat-soluble vitamins from the consumption of food, fortified foods and supplements in Belgium. This study was funded by the Federal Public Service, Health, Food chain safety and environment and was conducted in collaboration with Sciensano and Ghent University.
