Julie graduated as a master in bioengineering (option cell and gene biotechnology) in June 2016 and then worked in the pharmaceutical sector for 3 years.
After this, she started her career at Sciensano in February 2021 as a scientific collaborator within the Clostridium lab (National Reference Centre C. botulinum and C. perfringens, National Reference Laboratory for botulism and reference laboratory for C. tetani).
