Dr. Marjan Cosyns PhD

Marjan Cosyns graduated in 2004 as a Master of Science in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences at Ghent University where she received her PhD degree in Social Health Sciences in 2011. She was a post-doctoral assistant at the Department of Speech Language and Hearing Sciences of the Ghent University for 6 years. Marjan started in 2017 at Sciensano as a scientist. She is project manager of the Belgian neuromuscular diseases registry (BNMDR) and team leader of the unit “disease-specific registries” which, in addition to the BNMDR, also includes the Belgian cystic fibrosis registry (BCFR) and the Belgian rare bleeding disorders registry (BRBDR).
