Sarah Moreels obtained her Master’s Degree in Sociology in 2005 at the KULeuven, and started her career in academia at the Centre for Sociological Research (KULeuven). Since 2010, she is employed as scientific researcher and data manager at the ‘Health Services Research’ unit of Sciensano (Brussels, Belgium). Since 2013, she is working on the Network of General Practitioners (SGP network), which comprises about 110 general practices all over Belgium who weekly report data about different health problems (infectious and non-infectious diseases).
