CURRENT ACTIVITY: Currently responsible of the BIOTECHlab at the TAG (transversal technical and scientific unit at Sciensano) involving the development of new methods in support of a proactive public health policy (e.g. pathogen detection & characterization, human genetic and epigenetic biomarkers), a Sequencing Center (Sanger and NGS) and supervision of several PhD students.
