A pleasant working environment for Sciensano staff
We are responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance and repair of the installations as required in a laboratory environment. In addition, we manage service contracts, car and bicycle fleets, medical gases, the supervision and monitoring of technical parameters, as well as hygiene in and around the premises and meeting rooms. This requires great flexibility and versatility.
To meet the needs of the scientific services and improve staff comfort, we are also responsible for technical aspects, the installation of new facilities and the renovation of Sciensano’s buildings. In collaboration with Quality, (Bio)safety and the Environment and the Public Buildings Administration, we try to create a pleasant working environment for all. The service is also coordinating the planned regrouping of all current sites on a single new campus.
