Suitable samples:  culture on plate with individual colonies

Sample shipment:

  • Shipping conditions: at room temperature 
  • Shipment or deposit of samples: Strains can be sent by post to the above address or deposited at the reception of the Clinical Biology Department of the University Hospital Antwerp (UZA), route 169, 3rd floor

Guidelines when sending applications: When sending samples, the following items must be respected:

  • Completed request form
  • Nutrient media should be clearly identified with the reference number of the request

  • No reaction culture
  • Incomplete application form
