The 7th Health Interview Survey (HIS) conducted in Belgium in 2023-2024 included 7001 participants, a representative sample of the general population. Read more about the sample and the fieldwork in the methodological report: French version or Dutch version
The HIS provides an overall picture of the health status and and the trends in major issues encountered. It also covers other health aspects such as health determinants, prevention, health care use and societal factors. The findings are presented here through infografics, comprehensive reports and tables. Additionally, the interactive tool HISIA allows you to perform more detailed and personalized analyses.
