There is need for more evaluations of non-invasive tests in order to broaden the reach of testing programs and to perform large scale epidemiological studies. In this study, three different human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) and one line immunoassay were evaluated to detect HIV antibodies in oral fluid samples.
